These Terms govern your use of HarBoom websites, apps, and booking services. By creating an account or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
HarBoom connects hotel guests with local activity partners. Hotels and activity partners are responsible for the rentals they offer; HarBoom provides the booking, payment, and messaging tools.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Account sign-up requires consent to collection of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bookings and payments
When you book, you authorize HarBoom (and our payment processor) to charge the amounts shown for the rental, fees, and applicable taxes. Cancellation and refund rules are shown at booking and in confirmation communications.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse HarBoom (for example fraud, scraping, interfering with other users, or providing false guest information). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
Rentals are provided by independent activity partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarBoom is not liable for activity partner or hotel acts or omissions related to the rental experience itself, beyond facilitating the booking platform.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected with a new “Last updated” date on this page.
