Guests who browse or book rentals, and hotel or activity partner staff who create accounts to use HarBoom portals.

Depending on how you use HarBoom, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Account credentials (handled by our auth provider, Clerk)
• Booking details (dates, item, hotel/activity partner, notes you choose to provide)
• Payment-related information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical data such as device/browser type and basic usage logs needed to secure and operate the service

• Create and manage your account
• Process reservations, payments, refunds, and confirmations
• Share booking details with the relevant hotel and activity partner so they can fulfill the rental
• Send transactional emails (receipts, status updates, pay links)
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and service misuse
• Improve reliability and support

We share personal data only as needed to run the booking:

• Hotels and activity partners involved in your reservation (for example guest name and booking details today; what is shared may become more category-specific over time)
• Clerk for authentication
• Stripe for payments
• Infrastructure providers that host HarBoom (for example cloud hosting), under contractual safeguards

We do not sell your personal data.

Where required, we ask for your consent before collecting personal data for an account or booking. You can decline, but then we cannot create an account or complete a booking that needs that data.

We keep booking and account records for as long as needed to fulfill the reservation, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal limits (for example records we must keep for completed transactions). Contact us using the details below.
